About Ocoee Dogs

We are a local family owned and operated, free dog play boarding facility near the Cherokee National Forest. We offer overnight boarding as well as daycare to those going on the Ocoee & Hiwassee River for rafting and kayaking.

Our spacious outdoor yards are perfect for anyone needing long term or short term boarding in the Chattanooga, Cleveland, Tellico and Ocoee area.

Whether you’re on the Ocoee River for an evening or rafting the Grand Canyon for a month, bring your furry friend to us and we will keep them stimulated and free of boredom in our clean and safe environment! We only have 16 overnight kennels so you can be sure that your dog will get plenty of one-on-one attention from our staff and won’t be overwhelmed at night.

Our 8 foot fence unclosing the entire space ensures your dog can not jump out.  We have 5 large outdoor sections, and  3 slightly smaller sections for a total of 8 divided yards on 3 wooded acres! We have 2 yards with a running stream to cool down in the summer.   If your dog doesn’t like to socialize with others, you can leave knowing they can be separated and will be getting to roam free and safe.

WE  HAVE A PUBLIC DOG PARK FOR YOU TO USE AFTER A LONG CAR RIDE!!

We ask that you please use the dog park after long car rides to relieve your pet before coming into the lobby. This helps cut down on lobby messes and reduce excessive energy, which can help us place your dog safely in the correct play group. Thank you for your help!

If your dog is new to the daycare or doesn’t usually go hiking on rough terrain, please let our staff know to give them extra breaks and inside time. Our playful pups can spend anywhere from 4 to 10 hours playing outside on all kinds of terrain. Not sure what we mean by hiking rough terrain? Check out our photos and our Instagram!

We reserve the right to turn away unscheduled daycare dogs on busy days so please schedule ahead.

Our first priority is to keep your dog and other dogs safe, it is not our responsibility to socialize or train your dog for group play.

Things Your Dog Can Be Separated For:

*Excessive Mounting

*Harassment of other dogs

*Aggression of any kind including fear-based, possession, and dominance.

*Body checking  or any activity that could injure themselves or others.

*Destruction of property or fence could result in them being put into a more secure yard or kennel for the safety of themselves and the others around them.

We reserve any right to turn away dogs we find to be aggressive with staff or other dogs.
